The PZP heat pumps have an extended warranty of 5 years for the entire heat pump included in the basic price and at no additional cost. The connected unit is under constant supervision by the service team and thanks to this we provide an extra 5 years warranty period for the complete unit.

This warranty covers all repair costs in the event of any fault with the heat pump, i.e. spare parts, service technician labour and transport costs. The fulfilment of the warranty is covered by the company’s reserve funds. With a PZP, you do not have to worry that your heat pump supplier will not be able to fulfil its obligations and repair any fault free of charge even after years of operation of the heat pump.
